The Dealer Transactions form is being updated and will be unavailable on Monday 18 November from 9:30pm to 10:30pm.
MyFirearms has been updated to make it easier for our people and licence holders to use the Firearms Registry.
MyFirearms is the secure portal for registering firearms in the Registry, completing notification forms and for applying and paying for our most common firearms licences and endorsement types. It’s accessible from the Te Tari Pūreke website.
This update is part of taking care of our systems, keeping them working well and continuously improving MyFirearms to make it easier to use.
The update provides a better overall user experience – it gives you advanced warning that your MyFirearms session will expire and navigating on your mobile will be easier.
The navigation within application forms and registrations moves from the top of the webpage to the righthand side of the screen for desktop users and will remain visible as you complete the form. This updated style of navigation will guide you through the application and registration steps- highlighting missing or incomplete information.
