We are proposing the following changes to the MyFirearms Terms of Use as of Wednesday, 3 May 2023. 

1. Correcting a spelling error in the introduction from licencing to licensing
2. Changing a heading from Minors’ Contracts Act 1989 to Minors’ Contracts
3. Changing this term from: Revisions to these Terms of Use. From time to time, we may revise these Terms of Use and the privacy statement. Unless an urgent change is required, we will always endeavour to post a notice on this website summarising the changes before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes we make to the terms of use and privacy statement, through the act of entering your login, indicates your acceptance of those changes. 4. Changing this term from: Deleting applications. If you begin an application or form and save it, but do not submit it within six months, we may consider it abandoned and remove it from your account. You may have to start a new application or form.
   
   To: Deleting Saved (Unsubmitted) applications: If you begin an application or form and save it, but do not submit it, you will be able to come back within 30 days to complete and submit it.  Unsubmitted applications or forms that have not been completed and submitted within 30 days [from when they were started] will be deleted and you will need to start a new one. We reserve the right to delete unsubmitted applications and forms sooner where necessary, for example, where the service is upgraded or modified; and if we know in advance that earlier deletion will need to occur, we will endeavour to post a notice on this website.
